Anything we have not covered, ask us and you will get a straight answer.

Yes. Check in once per completed load and the market map stays open to you. We would rather have an accurate map than a small subscription, and the map is only accurate if drivers are on it.

Upgrade any time and you are billed the difference for the remaining days. Downgrade at any point and the change takes effect at the next renewal — no cancellation call, no retention script.

Export everything — loads, documents, settlements — as CSV and PDF from the account screen before you go. We delete the account and its records 30 days after cancellation.

Per truck. A truck that two drivers team on counts once, which is usually the cheaper reading for you.

Month to month on every plan. Fleet customers who prefer an annual term get two months free, but it is an option rather than a requirement.
